Cl-ear is a trusted name in ear care, the sort of product a pharmacist reaches for by habit. On Amazon, that trust was being spent by listings the brand did not control. WP took the channel over under the full accelerator model and rebuilt it from the listing up.
The engagement is a clean example of the rescue pattern: take control, fix the foundations, then grow a channel that finally matches the product's standing offline.
The challenge.
Before WP, the brand's Amazon presence had grown by accident: listings created by third-party sellers, content that ranged from thin to wrong, and no coherent pricing or availability. For a healthcare-adjacent product, wrong content is not cosmetic; customers use it to decide what is safe and suitable.
The brand needed the channel brought under control and run to a compliance standard, without losing the sales the messy version was still producing.
Deliver
First, the retail basics were rebuilt.
- Catalogue consolidation: duplicate and rogue listings resolved into one clean, brand-owned catalogue.
- FBA fulfilment: stock planned and injected in-house, replacing intermittent availability with Prime-eligible consistency.
Protect
Then the brand was locked down and the content made right.
- Brand Registry: ownership established over every listing carrying the name.
- Compliance done right: usage guidance and claims rewritten to exactly what the product is licensed to say, no more and no less.
- Seller hygiene: unauthorised offers challenged and squeezed out by a better authorised one.
Grow
With the foundations fixed, growth followed the standard playbook.
- Search and content: listings rebuilt around how customers actually describe ear problems, within the claims the product can carry.
- Advertising: campaigns capturing category demand the messy presence had been leaking to competitors.
- Range presentation: the full ear care range merchandised together so customers find the right product first time.
What changed.
Specific figures are published only once verified. Where a number is still being signed off, the outcome stands on its own.
Catalogue brought under brand control and consolidated.
Claims and usage content rebuilt to licence-accurate standard.
Consistent Prime-eligible availability across the range.
What comes next.
The channel now runs as a steady, controlled healthcare account: compliant content, one authorised offer and growth compounding from a clean base.
One of many brands on this machine.
Cl-ear runs on the same infrastructure as every WP partner — delivered, protected and grown at scale, by one accountable operation.
